unknown doesn't mean unimportant
The most rememberable speech I have ever heard was my senior year in highschool. We had an ex alcoholic come in and talk about the negative effects of alcohol both on your health, and your life in general. Although this guy was just a random guy talking to some teenagers, it is still the only speech that has really stuck with me. I know everyone has been told the side effects of drinking, but this guy really got it stuck in your head. The intensity in his tone mixed with his occasional, and highly inappropriate jokes, made his speech really stick in my head. I'm not saying I agree with everything he said, but a good public speaker's job is to make a large amount of people listen to and remember what they said. This guy deffinatly did his job, because his speech is stuck in my head from beginning to end.
