Beer fest motivational speech

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lEhdE8UiTkk

This speech clearly defines the communication model. The sender starts out as the hammered guy (i forget his name) and the rest of the team are the receivers. He starts out talking fairly calmly, using only his voice to project his point. As he starts getting more pumped up, his voice gets louder and louder, and this increase in volume along with the close and personal circle they really emphasizes the point hes trying to make (although he is too drunk to state his point correctly)
The sender then changes to Fink, while the receivers stay the same (minus Fink and plus the hammered guy). Fink uses a different technique to pump the team up. He still uses his voice as the medium, but instead of screaming, he goes nostalgic on them. This nostalgia of their past really pumps the team up even more. I think what really made both speeches very effective was the fact that they were huddled. normally a speech, in order to be remember, has to be said on a loudspeaker or something like that if the crowd is big, but since this was so up close and personal, it really made their voices alone very effective.
